Proof of Relationship for i-129F necessary in 2024?

Ok, so I know this question has been asked several times but I always see a myriad of answers. A lot of answers even include that it depends on what country you're coming from, and if it's a high-fraud country. My beneficiary is from Malaysia, so the embassy in KL. I haven't really heard anyone talking about it, and I don't know if they're known for "scams" or are a notoriously picky embassy or anything like that.

In every list and guide I've looked at for the longest time (including the guides on VJ), I've seen instructions for proof of relationship and how much to put/what to put/etc. But considering the i-129F doesn't ask for any, and even only asks for proof of the one trip, should we put any at all?

In short: Should my fiance and I include proof of relationship in our i-129F beyond the proof of meeting within the last two years?
I mostly see people recommending it nowadays in order to front load their application and make the consulate interview easier. Is this accurate, or would we just be slowing down the initial review process even more?

Also, related question: what does the i-129F mean in part 2, question 54 by "describe the circumstances under which you met"? Do they mean how we met in the first place, or do they mean a short description of how we met in person for the first time? How much (and in what part; cover letter, letter of intent, part 54) do we need to explain about our relationship's timeline/story overall?

We want to be concise, but not so much so that we get an RFE of course. Thanks so much in advance for y'all's help!!

N400 - Should I wait or should I just apply?

I recently became eligible to apply for naturalization through the 3 year rule. I have had only 1 international trip that is 1 month long during the entire 3 year period. I still have a pending I-751 that was submitted back in Oct 2023. My field office is Tampa, as of now, N400s are supposedly being processed within 8.5 months according to USCIS.

I have a 1 week domestic trip planned in March 2025 and a 1 month international trip planned in June 2025. The very risk averse part of me is thinking to just wait until after my international trip in June 2025 before submitting my N400 application, so that I won't have any issues with being out of town when I am needed for biometrics/interview/oath, AND/OR getting my naturalization just in time where I'll need to quickly apply for a US passport before the international trip. However, with the recent election news, part of me now feels like it I should just apply anyway before any possible issues/delays arise as a side effect of the new administration. Am I being too paranoid? Which would be the path of least "resistance" ?

My petitioner has not lived in the US for basically her own life minus a few weeks, we plan to move to the US 2 years from now, we don't have an address in the United States but plan to secure property paid in cash months after the petition is submitted. Is it ok for now to put to be decided as we know this petition will take a while?

The medical report took 3 months

I read sooooooo much material here and elsewhere and I thought I knew everything.. and then we got to the medical exam. Because my fiancee goes to therapy and takes medicine for depression, she was required to get a medical report. The hospital had to do it and it took 30 days. We turn it in to the exam office and they said it was done wrong. It has to be written by a specialist. So then we had to go back to the hospital and finally after TWO MONTHS its finally finished.

This is just a warning to anyone else who is on medication for depression, especially those in Malaysia, this can cause a 3 month delay, so do not fill out any paperwork too quickly (I'm having to refill out the i-134 form since it expires after 4 months).

Her NOA2 was on Feb. 27th and we STILL have not gotten to the step of scheduling an interview. She now has to get her blood work finished now that the medical report is done.

This is a rant and also a warning of what could go wrong since I didn't read ANYWHERE about needing a medical report or how long those can take.

Bit of context: I'm 18 and a child of a US citizen who left before 14

I know for I-130 it can be filed anywhere but for the affidavit of support later during NVC processing, I require a financial sponsor who is living in the United States. The issue is my parent does not want to move back to the US (She only got her citizenship via her birth certificate) for political and personal beliefs, is it possible to get a joint sponsor for I864 as I know some family members living in the United States who are citizens/LPRs?
