US Immigration from Macedonia

Hey all

We applied for my husbands I-751, it was received on April 22nd and according to the USCIS website it says:

On April 22, 2020, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxxxx, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by May 22, 2020, contact the USCIS Contact Center at www.uscis.gov/contactcenter. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

However, we never received the receipt of notice on and on May 22nd I called as instructed. The lady said that we would have to check online and follow instructions, I explained that is exactly what I did. She then said I could email the lockbox to have the letter resent (emailed but not reply yet). Finally when I pointed out that according to the USCIS website it is currently taking 14mths to process I-751 and yet we are only allowed to apply 90days before the expiration of the green card, she said we would need to make an appointment to have an adit stamp however they are not taking appointments right now. We have until July 17th.

Has anyone else run into this or have any advice for us? Also does anyone know if there is a charge for the ADIT stamp and interview?

Notarized sworn affidavit letters of support from family and friends
Letter from the Building Management Office confirming our tenancy and joint cohabitation
Copies of electricity bills for the past 24 months showing joint account
Copy of our Costco joint membership
Copies of checks that we have paid the apartment rent with from our joint bank account and the landlord's receipts.
Copy of check that we have paid the IRS from our joint bank account
Copies of medical records, phone bills, online orders, furniture deliveries, bank correspondence, IRS correspondence, Department of Motor Vehicles, USPS package deliveries, promotional materials and other showing same address
Copy of an email from a real estate investor in regards to future investments addressed to both of us
Copy of a reservation confirmation for a United Airlines client event that we attended in New York City showing both of our names
Copies of Driver's Licence and State ID showing same address
Copy of our airline tickets from our trip to Chicago, Illinois
Copy of our hotel reservation confirmation letter in Chicago, Illinois
Explanation to why we don t have a joint health care insurance
Explanation to why we don t have a joint phone plan
Pictures together from 2016 to 2019.

BELOW IS THE RFE LETTER. They are basically asking for the same things. I don't understand. Compared to other people that I know, who have gotten green cards, I think I have sent more than enough.

Unfortunately I don't have anything additional from what I sent 10 months ago. We don't have a kid, we don't have a car, we don't have a joint phone bill because his company pays for his bill and we don't have joint health insurance because we've been changing jobs frequently and we couldn't be on the same plan.

Do you think if I send the same documents, but with new dates for the past 10 months it will be sufficient??? AWAITING FOR YOUR ADVICE :))

Could someone please let me know when adjusting status from tourist visa for me and my 6 year old child how do you sign his forms?

I understand that i sign on the place as a Applicant signature and write mother next to it but do i also sign all the information as a preparer also or it s enough just in the places as a Applicant?

Hope someone can clarify for me.

Could someone please let me know how many passport photos i need to send when doing adjustments of status.Is it enough 2 passport photos of beneficiary and 2 from petitioner or they want 8 passport photos from the beneficiary?

Hi! My husband has his interview in North Macedonia on Tuesday (October 8th). We are trying to bring anything possible they may want. We lived together in North Macedonia until two months ago when I returned to the US to re-establish domicile (get a US job, apartment, etc.). Do I need to provide any chat logs for the last two months we've been apart? He's bringing an album I made about our first year of marriage (including pictures of travels and with his family and handwritten notes to each other), Airbnb receipts from our trips, and a copy of my Macedonian residency permit that listed me living at his family's residence. Thanks, I appreciate insight!
