US Immigration from Kuwait

Has anyone had any issues recently getting their packages delivered to the USCIS Chicago lockbox? We mailed our AOS package on Thursday, April 30, 2020, via USPS (Priority Mail) and it's already Tuesday, and the status has not changed from the below. In addition, there isn't any estimated delivery date anymore (previously, it was yesterday May 4). Just figured I'd ask around before jumping hoops trying to contact USPS regarding this.

I got welcome letter from NVC 3 days ago. It contains case number and invoice number. I feel lost .I don't know how to start .please help

We just got back our AOS package sent back to us in the mail today by the USCIS, for the following reason:

"This is in reference to the I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, you submitted. Your I-485, fees, and any supporting documentation is being returned to you for the following reason(s):

The application/petition was filed on a outdated version of this form. Please resubmit your application/petition on the current version of this form with the appropriate fees to the address listed on the bottom of this page"

Upon reviewing what we sent, we found out that we used an old version of the I-485 , the rest of the forms were current. Do we submit the same package sent back to us (i.e., same Form I-765, I-131, I-944, I-864) along with the the updated i-485? Or do we have to reprint everything, sign all the forms, and/or update the affidavits to reflect bank balances changes, etc.?

Has anyone else had to do this? Is there any additional advice or anything else we should know?

Also, can someone confirm the fees for this? We filed with $1,225.00. Just want to make sure we are correct.

Hello everyone

My June 2019 I-130 case has been transferred after 10 months sitting in Nebraska. I have seen the update online however never received the mail so don t know where it went or why. Not yet a month since update so can t request a new one to be sent yet.
Anyone in similar situation knowing where this batch may have been transferred to or If progress in new service center? From what I am seeing here all service centers are processing past my date so growing anxious.

WASHINGTON, April 21 (Reuters) - President Donald Trump's new executive order banning immigration to the United States will last 30 to 90 days with the chance of renewal and apply narrowly to those seeking permanent immigration status, a senior administration official said.
