US Immigration from Kazakhstan

Hi, hope someone can help me with this. I am trying to get online records of my fianc arrival to the US ( I-94), but after entering all his info results come back as " no records found". I am very confused because when checking his history records to port of entry results show the date and POE. my question is how soon after arrival to the US electronic form I-94 available online? Thank you

My case till in us Embasy in Sri Lanka .last two weeks Case Status saying my case was ready and they up date my case every two days and yesterday they put me admission process aging.
can I know any one have a idea about this .

I ve just received a I-797 rejection letter from USCIS for the following reason(s):

The payment amount is incorrect, or has not been provided. Please review the form instructions for the fee information.

I m not sure why it s incorrect after I double checked the amount I should pay. I sent 5 money order checks totaling $1225 for I- 485. I don t understand why that mount is incorrect. Also what does it mean when the notice states: based on the information you provided, your priority date could not be established. Please resubmit your application with proper documentation to address listed on the bottom of the notice.

Please could someone read my notice and tell me what did is the reason it got rejected or give me advice?

I am about to submit my N-400 under 5 year of residence rule. I am concerned over a few questions I have to fill out correctly.

1. Did you ever fail to file federal taxes? In 2015 I was unemployed and did not know how exactly to file taxes (back when I lived with my husband and did not know all laws). I just paid federal tax for my husband for 2015, since it is past tax it is going to be processed a while. So, since I already paid for both of us, should I answer I DID NOT file a tax return?

2. I have been separated from my husband for almost 3 years, the past 3 years I filed as Married-filing Separate, will this may be an issue?

3. My husband and I barely speak and have no idea where exactly he resides (the most recent place was SoCal), I do not have any more information about him. In the box, they ask you the address your spouse lives what I should enter?

Please let me know ASAP. Thanks in advance.
