US Immigration from Jordan

We filed our i-130 application on May 1st, and according to the USCIS website, they're estimating a processing time of 4 months. I'm curious about the accuracy of this estimate, as I'm trying to manage my expectations.

My brother-in-law's wife won the lottery in today's posted results! I am so excited! We tried to fill out the DS-260 online and her case number is saying invalid. Is it too soon? Does it take some time for those to load into the system?

My n400 interview is scheduled for next month. the interview letter states that I should bring my US spouse BC. He has a different last name than shows on his BC, and we don't have the name change docs. I think we can try and see how we can obtain these docs, but if we couldn't get them in time, would his US passport be enough?

I had a speeding traffic ticket few years ago and I ended up paying 350 USD. I have all the documents to provide. However, since I answered yes to question 23, in the evidence section, it's requiring me to provide documentation for any arrest or conviction, which I have never been. Is this where I upload the documents for the traffic ticket? I know that I do not have to provide documentation for this ticket since it didn't involve any drugs/injury or arrest. But I do not want any delays in my application.

I can't believe I just found out about this visa.

My US citizen husband petitioned for his brother for F4 visa in 2015. As we all know, there are many more years of waiting for that.

His brother has a master's degree (computer science), and has a PMP certification (project management professional) and is doing well in his career. There are many jobs here in the US for which he has the experience and qualifications, however, very few employers are willing to sponsor.

Could this EB-2 NIW could be the answer for him?
