US Immigration from Jordan

So my husband received a GREAT job offer. He already has a social security number. He just did his biometrics yesterday after waiting only 7 weeks. Before my question, here is my timeline:

1/7/21 - Mailed AOLS pkg. Adjusted from K1. Sent I-485 & 765

1/27/21 - NOA1 for I-485 and Rejection of I-765 for filing on older edition.

2/8/21 - Mailed new I-765

2/20/21 - BIOMETRICS SCHEDULED (less than 20 days from NOA1)

3/10/21 - EAD updated into USCIS system and receipt text to me

3/18/21 - Completed biometrics

3/19/21 - USCIS emailed action on case which basically states USCIS is reviewing his case

My husband received a great job offer and they want to hire him as soon as his AOS is completed. He wants to lessen burden on me and help but also wants to be a taxpayer and start paying into his own social security. IS IT TOO SOON TO REQUEST AN EXPEDITE? I have heard in this very forum in the past that its risky to request it. How can it harm us? Thanks for feedback.

we are in the process to submit documents to NVC. My brother is listed under f22 although he just turned 21. How long will this means going to be taking for him to get an interview? It s confusing!

Hello, before i start, i would like to thank visa journey team for always being there for me when i need you guys, that been said;

my child arrived to the u.s in June 2020, am a u.s citizen and by law, 2000 child act he would be given citizenship upon arrival, he came with a stapled paper on his passport, it needed payment for the greencard, on the second day of his arrival, i went paid the fees, and changed the address because i moved 2 weeks before his arrival. I received a confirmation of address change and everything was great!

time passed by, checking online on processing times, it takes upto 90 days for the green card to arrive, we didn t get it yet. I called in uscis and they responded by saying it was shipped, here is the tracking number! I was shocked because the agent said it was shipped to my old address 40 days after fees been paid. I went to my old address multiple of times till i found the new tenet and she assured me nothing came in, this was in September and the mail was sent in June. I went to usps and they couldn t find it, i called uscis and nobody returned it. Obviously i needed to apply for i-90, its free if you didn t lose it.

i made sure the address is updated, filled up the online application and that was in September 30, I ve been waiting for his replacement and checking every week, till it said 1 week left and we will look into it, well it was 3 weeks ago and all i get is that things taking longer than expected.

the reason am in a hurry to get it, social security offices not issuing a new social without a green card, bmv is not issuing an id for him, his school needs it and finally i need to get him a password.

ps: uscis said i can get him a social security number with the stamp on his passport, well this ssn office here refused when i called them and asked!

what should i do now? I need to file taxes and i cant claim him without it!

so my k1 Case Was Approved on September 25th

so tomorrow is 4 months do i have to contact them before tomorrow to extend it or what should i do for that matter
