US Immigration from Jordan

My dad got here about 50 days ago and it s not usual for the card to take so long to be delivered. Anyone knows why it s taking USCIS so long to deliver green cards?

I'm in the process of submitting AOS application for my father. Should I send I693 now with the initial submission or at interview/when USCIS asks for it?

I found it strange that after my husbands green card interview we would get an RFE asking for police clearance as well as the same evidence we SHOULD present on removal of conditions. Anyone else get a request for police clearance as an AOS request AFTER the interview? Very odd (and irritating). Adj from K1 by the way. Thanks.

I'm a USC and just filed AOS documents for my parent who's here on Visitor Visa. I'm wondering when should I expect to receive AP document?

My dad's immigrant visa was approved, and he got here in the US about a month ago, but the green card has not been delivered yet although the social security card came in the mail 2 weeks ago. Can he apply for a job without having the physical green card as we know his alien A number already.
