US Immigration from Japan

My finger print case was received on May 20 but I still haven t received Biometric appointment letter or anything yet . Should I call uscis or wait until they send me something?

Hello everyone

I've been married with US citizen for over 3 years and am applying Family-based Green Card now.

My current status is E-2 visa and the E-2 visa will be expired in Dec. 2021.

I'd also like to apply I-765 (Application for Employment Authorization) together just in case, in order not to lose my work permission in USA before receiving Green Card.

(I won't get extended E-2 visa from my employer after Dec. 2021.)

Here is my question.

Part 2, question 27 in I-765 is about eligible category.

I'm looking at the instruction and "Who May File Form I-765".

But, I cannot find my category (E-2 visa).

Which one should I have to select ?

Any advise would be most appreciated.

Wife finished her interview, and was issued her visa a few days ago. Soon, she will be here. Thank God this whole process is nearly finished. So... I was looking around at how to update email addresses at the USCIS and NVC sure? How do I do that? Her email address will become null once she cancels her phone plan. Thanks!

Hey all, we're about to file for AOS and just want to make sure I'm doing this correctly.

I have been unemployed by a company since March of this year, however I have received unemployment payments and have also run my own business on the side.

With both amounts combined plus what I made from Jan-Mar from the company I meet the income requirements (by far) for this year, however how should I mark my current status? Unemployed, self-employed? Should I include all bank statements from this year that show both incomes? Again, I don't have an official business entity set up.

We're also $1000 short on last year's income for 125% of poverty level, so we're including our cash assets to make up the difference. Should I include checking/savings statements for both me and my wife for these?

I actually made well over the requirement last year, but about $14k was from foreign earned income since I was living abroad. I guess there's no way to use this? It's not included under "total income" due to it being deducted.

Today I got an email from NVC stating that my case completed and I got my interview date too. And it said on the email that if I have further question I need to contact the embassy. My question is, will I get any email or notification from the embassy related the interview? I appreciate if anyone can share their experience. Thank you
