US Immigration from Ivory Coast

I m U.S citizen filing I-130 for my mom. We are both here in USA. She illegally entered usa in the year of 2000. I just got an interview letter. They want me to bring proof of citizenship and birth certificate.

In this normal ?

also it doesn t state in the letter that she has to be at the interview .
she has a spouse who is also us citizen

the Uscis did not say that I130 is approved or not approved, they want to interview me ?
does this happen ?

Hey everyone,

I have applied for petition to remove conditions on residence and after USCIS sent me a 1st letter to extend my green card for 24 months. Then i received another letter from USCIS for 48 months extension. I would like to travel out of the US for like 2 months , do i need to apply for any document before i travel out of the country? What precaution should i take before traveling? Your advice will be appreciated on this matter.

I have a quick questio

My fiancee had her interview for the K1 Visa and she was approved. Now, the status on the CEAC website says ISSUED but it's been 23 days now and she still hasn't been called to go get the passport with the visa. Can anybody help me understand? We called a couple of time and sent emails but we were just told that she will be contacted as soon as possible

Can you stay outside of USA for more than a year as a citizen ? It won t affect your citizenship ?

My husband is filing form I-751. part 5 says to list all your children. We have a 1 year old daughter. she was born here in USA. should he include her ?
