Hey everyone,

I have applied for petition to remove conditions on residence and after USCIS sent me a 1st letter to extend my green card for 24 months. Then i received another letter from USCIS for 48 months extension. I would like to travel out of the US for like 2 months , do i need to apply for any document before i travel out of the country? What precaution should i take before traveling? Your advice will be appreciated on this matter.

Thanks

No, you don't need anything else.

Your

- Valid foreign passport (good for 6+ months)

- Expired GC

- Valid extension letter

Is all you need for 2 months trip overseas.

I went on 4 international trips while I-751 was pending. Nothing special if you go prepared.
