US Immigration from Iran

My wife just received her call back about scheduling an infopass appointment to get an i-551 stamp as her 18 month extension letter will expire in two weeks. We've been waiting since May 2019 and haven't had a status update since biometrics in Nov 2019.

We're at a complete loss. They will not schedule an infopass appointment as they claim that there aren't any available and of course, didn't explain exactly what that meant. Are we to believe they have none available for all eternity?

Her work might terminate her and her driver's license will become invalid. We'll lose almost everything. So far I've contacted a senator in a desperate plea for help and awaiting their staff's reply.

What exactly are we to do here? Any other pathways forward here?

I filed citizenship application in Oct 2020, and we are still waiting for bio appointment. We live in VA and want to use this this tracker:

where, the only VA option it gives us for the CIS location is Norfolk VA.

However, when we go to the USCIS site for office location at https://egov.uscis.gov/office-locator/#/

it asks our Zipcode and gives "Alexandria VA" for our "Application Support Center".

Also, the only address we find in the "Receipt letter" is "Overland Park KS".

I would be thankful to the peoiple of this forum to guide us find out our "CIS location" that we shall use in the tracking page above.

So the NVC recently sent our application to the embassy (Armenia). We then received an email from the embassy asking for my fianc e's email address so they could send her the invitation letter. We sent the completed DS-160 later that day, after I received this email.

She hasn't received the invitation letter and I was wondering if I should pay the MRV fee now or wait to receive the invitation letter from the embassy. Not sure if there is a necessary order to this process.
