Our case shows ready in the NVC website for interview so we contacted the embassy asking if can can file DS-160 few days ago. They responded and told us to wait until we receive the letter instructions very soon.

Do we need to wait for the letter instructions to submit DS-160 or is that for interview appointment selections?

Hello, I have questions about expedite visa, I m from Iran and my husband is American I have been waiting for my visa interview for 19 months i got my DQ on July 2020

then I didn t hear anything from the nvc, is there any recommendations for the expedite is the hardships effective to get the expedite? Does anyone know any people got expedite Through pregnancy?

our case is ready for interview in UAE (based on the website). Can anyone who has recently interviewed in UAE help me with the process. My fianc e will need to get a visa first to go UAE for her interview.

1. Can we start filling out DS-160 now? or do we need to wait for instructions email from UAE?

2. Where do we pay the fee for interview (which link?)

3. How many days before the interview we need to do medical exam so the results are ready on time for interview

Any other UAE tips are appreciated since she does not live in UAE and it will be challenging trip by herself.

We had country of Turkey in our i-129F form for the interview but for some reason when I called NVC they had our case number to be in UAE.

They told me I need send an inquiry so it can be changed to Turkey and currently they are looking at inquries from NOV 2021 (2 months behind). So I sent an inquiry to NVC so this can be changed to Turkey.

is there any other way so the embassy can be changed to Turkey instead of UAE quicker? I thought NVC can change this quick in their system? appreciate the help.

I am us petitioner and I have copies of my final decree (sent to USCIS) but not the original or sealed copies. court told me they don't give original (only sealed copies)

I was trying to order one from court website, do I need a certified copied or raised seal? (it has 3 options 1. certified copied, 2. exemplified copies & 3. raised copies) for the interview? which one should I order?

I need to see if they can send this directly to Turkey instead of me getting here and sending to alien fianc e location. Any help is appreciated.
