US Immigration from India

Documentarily Qualified since April 4th, 2022 for my spouse in India. Does anyone has an approximate duration estimate about how long will it take to get her an interview call from US consulate at Mumbai?

Hello everyone. We had interviewed today in CLEVELAND ohio office. Interviewed at 9.15 am. Women call our name but after really weird happen IO didnt ask about relationship or about my wife all she ask me about marriage, when i came, and yes or no questions. Even didnt want see documents that we bring. Almost after 30 min she hand over me paper. Paper says Interview complete but case under review ?? What is this mean now please help me

Hi, I hope someone here can answer this for me. My visa was approved about a month ago and the category is F2A- child of LPR.

Is it necessary for the petitioner (my dad) to enter the US before or at the same time as me? He's in our home country right now.

Or can I enter the US without him while he's in India. He has some things that came up at the moment and not able to travel right away.

During my visa interview - the visa officer specifically asked questions about his domicile and I had proof with me about intent to re-establish it and he accepted. So I'm thinking they'll probably have notes of that when I'm entering the country as well and it could cause an issue if I try to enter without him.

can someone please offer some insight?

Hi, I'm filling for my n/400 and have a few questions :

First question is how many years worth of tax returns do I need to send?

Second question is how many months worth of bank statements do I need to send?

Third question is, if mortgage statement is okay or would they need something else?

Fourth question is, do I have to date and sign the copies of all the documents that I'm sending in.

When I was permanent resident I applied I-130 for my wife who lives in india on May 20, 2021.

On jan 2, 2022 my wife gave a birth to our child and I-130 was also pending at that time.

I ask uscis to add my new born child to my spouse petition as I was green card holder at that time

But Situation get complicated when I became US citizen on May 20 ,2022 and my wife I-130 is still pending and I already asked uscis to upgrade my spouse I -130 petition from LPR to US citizen.

But now question is this do I need to file separate I-130 for my child as I become US citizen? If it is so then how would my child and spouse come together in usa as there will be more one year difference between I-130 applications as my spouse is very close to the approval.

Even I was reading a-lot about it, but didn t find any solution to it. Somebody suggested me to wait for your wife approval and then when your case reaches to the nvc at that time you can add your child.
