We were using rapid visa as our visa agency , at NVC uploading stage they added our joint sponsor as household member and it's showing submitted but 2 docs are still missing in household member section. Since the NVC has suspended call service i had raised an inquiry to delete the household member , since this is going to take time can we submit the correct documents with the right joint sponsor and in the missing household member docs upload a letter or note to delete the household member and not to consider or delete it.

since it's already messed up i dont want to wait for NVC to correct it and then submit the docs..... so ill submit it anyhow with the joint sponsors docs

Dear all,

We are in the NVC stage and uploading docs to CEAC. Our joint sponsors tax return is 60 page long and contains 1040 along with schedules and worksheets , we are unable to compress it below 2mb even after multiple compressions. The CEAC website does provide option to upload federal tax schedules separately , so can we upload the 1040 and tax schedule separately, also we'll be uploading W2's for 3 years , bank statement and letter of employment.

note:we have 3 years tax returns and (the transcripts are not available with the joint sponsor)

Canadian citizen and stayed in USA 2019 till 2022 over stayed but was minor that time when turn 18 went back to Canada and came back to USA as visitor cuz collage in USA said i m visa exempt cuz I m a Canadian citizen and after collage start they told me I need a stamp I have to go back and come back I went to USA side on bridge custom border patrol officer and asked I need stamp on i20 he asked I over stayed in 2019 I try to explain he didn t listen to me and said I have to go cross the border and come back to get stamp but at the end he said good luck coming back in USA I don t know what to do can anyone help me . I didn t do anything on purpose I didn t know that I can t stay in USA that long cuz school gave me admission I told them I m Canadian

Hi all, we filed for ROC in July 2020 and the extension letter expired as of sept 1,2022. We called to get an appointment for the 551 stamp and received an email a few days ago saying there are no appointments in the nearby field offices. How long does it typically take for an appointment? We live in the Bay Area and are willing to travel to anywhere to get the stamp as we need to travel in December. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

1) With whom do we file the above form?

When I pull the paperwork, it mentions sending to USCIS lockbox.

And then while I was researching the information, I see the below (for NVC).

2) Not all areas of their form would allow/permit typing of the information so I printed and information is handwritten.

Then, there was information I found elsewhere that says it needs to be in "black ink" - Does that really matter? Will they reject for that reason?

It's crazy how information is like finding a needle in the haystack - it's all over multiple websites and for different government offices. Perhaps that they hope to make it complex so most people would give up or be rejected (not approved for a visa).
