US Immigration from India

I have had my the green card for over 5 years but applied under the 3 year rules as I didn't want to regather the extra docs, especially since we moved a couple of times during those two years. My wife informed me last week that she wants a divorce. Does it affect my applications, should we delay the divorce until after the citizenship oath? I'm inclined towards to just have everything play naturally, and update USCIS with the documentation instead of delaying filing for divorce.

I filed i-130 for my wife on March14. her current J1 visa ends on July 16. and i have green card from previous marriage.

I am guessing Priority date will get current by July1. so i will be able to file her i-485 along with advance parole on July1.

But she really wants to visit her home country in July. And come back on travel visa maybe.

Should i file for her i-485 because i heard chances of getting travel visa when i-130 is pending are better that when i-485 is pending.

my citizenship interview is in a few weeks. I had a traffic ticket and I forgot to mention that in question 15a or 15b questions and so I checked No. Should I tell the officer at the beginning of the interview or wait for them to ask that question, please advise.

I would like to hear your insights on this matter:

I am an LPR and filed for my husbands F2A last year. Our priority date is March 2024. Since decision is still pending on his I-130 and there has not been any changes in the visa bulletin lately, we are not expecting him to be able to come here for another 2 years.

We would like to apply for a visit visa, just for him to be able to come see me here in the US. What are the chances of that getting approved? I have not heard about approved cases so far, so I'm not sure if we should even try for the B2 visa.

Are there anyone who went through the process and would recommend I try too?

Any advice appreciated.

Hi my N400 interview was scheduled for 19th May. Today I received a status update that it has been canceled/descheduled. The online letter says this "This is to advise you that, due to unforeseen circumstances, we have had to cancel the previously scheduled interview on Monday, May 19, 2025 at 09:15AM for the above applicant. We regret any inconvenience this may cause. We will advise you of any further action taken on this case, including any rescheduled interview appointment information, under separate notice. Should I call or wait? Is it a bad thing? I am so scared right now because of political situations. Please advise!
