I am a green card holder and I came to USA on IR1 visa. I heard that I can apply for citizenship after 3 years. I want to know the process and documents required to apply for citizenship.

My parents travelled to US 0n 30th January, 2025 on Immigrant Visa (IR5) and were admitted with a stamp at SFO Airport.

The Green Card fee was paid before their arrival to US. Till to date their green cards are not received. The tracking says it will be processed

within 90 days from the date of receiopt of fee or from the date of their arrival to US whichever is later. It is now almost more than six weeks.

Is there any way that it can be expedited as they need to go to India for some important marriage and return back. Any suggstions as how to go about it. Tks

Hello. I am a US Citizen and my wife lives in Canada on work basis. She has US Visitor Visa. Before her I-130 gets processed, is it possible for me to drive to Canada and drive my wife to US so she can stay with me for few weeks and then she can fly back to Canada? Or will they not let her enter US because we have filed I-130?
