US Immigration from India

Hi,

I am trying to upload civil documents in the CEAC website but every time I am getting an error message that says unable to scan file. My files meet the criteria mentioned by the ceac website. I have tried diff browsers and different operating systems including iPhone androids and pc. Is anyone having the same issue?

Additionally I have another question. There is a section called photograph in the civil documents upload section. Do I have to upload the beneficiary s passport size photograph in that section or is it something else?

I cannot tell how depressing and frustrating this has been. The response for our RFE was received on Sep 3rd, USCIS agent said it will take 30 days for them to process it. After 30 days I called again and they said it will actually take a maximum of 60 days. In a few days it will be 60 days and I highly doubt I will hear anything from them but I still held hope.

A T2 agent called me today and said I have to give them 60 to 90 days...... I told her where is this 90 days coming from, this is the first time I heard of 90 days.

I am so sick of being jerked around. My RFE was for just missing a simple Yes or No question. We have been waiting since June 2021.

I already called my senators and they responded with saying an someone from USCIS is currently working on our case, that was like 6 weeks ago.

Is there ANYTHING I can do?

Hello Everyone,

Almost 6 months ago, my fianc emailed USCIS if they can transfer our case to Canada embassy instead of my hometown due to backlogs of cases. We didn't receive any response from them. But now we got an email from NVC stating our petition has been transferred Montreal. I want to know can I give my K1 interview in Canada while on a visitor visa.
