If you review my timeline, I arrived two years ago (Mar 29, 2021) and filed for the removal of conditions four months ago. My biometrics have been completed, and now when I check the status, I receive the following message, which appears to be a standard response. I am aware that I can apply for N-400 around two years and nine months, which would be around Dec 24, 2023 (this year)

"As of March 29, 2023, we are actively reviewing your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number XXXXXX. Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time. We will let you know if we need anything from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

1. I'm curious about the wait timings. I see the processing times, but I don't understand the abbreviations CSC and VSC. It would be helpful to have a glossary on the page explaining these abbreviations.

2. Is it possible that I may not receive the physical GC due to potential overlap with filing for N-400 and the current backlog caused by COVID-19? My extension is for 24 months

3. Is it realistic to expect a one-year wait time for the citizenship or even permanent GC, assuming the case has no flaws?

Couldn't find a July 2023 thread so starting one for all July 2023 filers for parents.

A family member who is eligible for naturalisation a few months from now has been diagnosed with major depressive disorder which is termed as mental illness. However he is undergoing treatment for the same with a psychiatrist. He has no other health issues nor is he on benefits or any such and never has been and clean medical history What are his chances of becoming a citizen when he applies....

I am currently employed and trying to find a new job. I might run into a situation of temporary unemployment and no health insurance, how does that affect the ROC or the situation? In case someone has experienced something similar, would really appreciate the feedback.

My US spouse is already retired, and is on my health insurance, for the last 1.5 year, but we can switch his insurance to 100% on Medicare for the additional coverages, for him. I am just worried that my loss of health insurance or joint health insurance could affect my case.
