Hello Everyone,

I have heard that recently NVC scheduled interviews for the month of November for Bombay Consulate. Does anyone know till what date of DQ cases they scheduled the interviews for?

My case is in Ready state as per the NVC case status. I have successfully submitted the DS160 application and payed all the fees necessary for the application. On the Applicant Schedule OFC Appointment page however, I keep getting "No slots available" for all OFCs. I don't even have the option to select a date. Has anyone faced this before and How should you suggest I proceed from here?

Did anyone sent messages (on any issue) to USCIS through the online account?

Did they reply? How many days did they take to reply back?

My N600K is pending.

Meanwhile emergency health issue came up . I am thinking of sending a EXPEDITE REQUEST.

Anyone raise Expedite Request earlier?

I am in a similar situation, my kids arrived last month on IR2 and I have received a letter from DHS asking to pay $220 for their Green Card. Reading this thread it sounds like I can skip paying $220 towards the green card and apply for their passport directly? I am US Citizen and my wife has a green card. I don't have to file N-600? Any guidance on this will be much appreciated. Thanks

I interviewed and passed at the Philadelphia office early April 2023. I still have not received a ceremony date. Online it says Oath ceremony will be scheduled. How much longer will this possibly take?
