Indian Parents marriage certificate need for IR5 Visa

They don't have any certificate but have their aadhar card and passport state each other as husband and wife, what should I do in this situation?

Any suggestions for a good immigration attorney in Orlando FL for applying for N400( citizenship )..?

I am a US citizen, I am trying to file I-130 for my parents for ir5 visa. My Indian birth certificate has different last name for my mother. In India it's very common to have name mismatch on multiple documents. What should I do in this situation. Should I explain USCIS or correct my birth certificate mothers last name before filling I-130?

The USCIS app just told me my wife's I-485 was approved. I have a few questions.

1. What happens next? Some say theres an interview, others say they will mail the Permanent Resident Card in a week?

2. Usually the I-485 takes the longest, my wife's I-765 and I-131 are still being processed, if she gets her Permanent Resident Card will she need the advance parole and work authorization still?

NVC-Joint Sponsor still N/A, correct order of submitting forms?

I have DS260 filled but not submitted yet, Petitioner i864 docs filled and supporting docs, for join sponsor also, but since i added yesterday, still it is N/A.

Does filling and submitting DS260 open up joint sponsor? should i try deleting and adding again? website said it would normally add within an hour? almost been a whole day so far and still nothing and unable to add docs under joint sponsor.

so wondering, if there is a method to this madness/submitting forms to make that work?
