Hello all,

I have filled up I 130,but still have a questions.

1.My father had passed away in 2008,so what to mention in column Parent 1 information,there is no option to write "Deceased"

2.When i was in India,i have changed my name in Birth certificate,so is it enough to produce as an evidence,Birth Certificate?

2.Lastly,there are Religious record,Birth,Census record,what to do with them?I have no idea.

Hope you reply ASAP.

Do I need to notify employer when adjusting from H-1B to marriage based green card?

I am assuming once green card is received, it automatically supersedes the H-1B visa similar to how an H-1B visa would supersede and F-1 visa. Is there any way my employer can get notified automatically or would I have to let them know?

Hi, I had my i485 interview yesterday in tampa. It went very well officer said my application was approved and I saw him stamping approved on my application. To expect the GC in two weeks to a month. After leaving the interview the status changed to "card being produced" but later in the day it went to "interview completed case must be reviewed". Is this normal.

I am still waiting for the mail from NVC after 130 approval . It has been 22 days only . Do they send a postal mail to the Beneficiary my wife) in India? Will the applicant myself be notified of the NVC mail to Benficiary ?How long it took from I 130 approval to get the mail from NVC.

My wife got the Police certificate. What other things we can do when waiting for the maim from NVC and get the case Number?

hey friends , my wife is usc and she dint meet requirement of 5 yr stay for passing crba to our son.So we decided to apply for n600k using the grand parents route.We had applied in jan 2020 and the case was received by them.After that there has been no update till now.what should we be doing now as the next step should have been case acceptance but still no news from uscis.Did anyone got their n600k processes.The avg processing time is 9months.but its already 11 months.Please help about what next step we should take for it.My son already has a b2 visa to travel for oath ceremony.
