Hello people we submitted our i130 on 21 December 2020. And right now I am living in Hyderabad India. In 10 days I am moving to punjab with my u.s citizen wife. I got my passport from Hyderabad I already updated my wife name on my passport. So should I apply for my Pcc now from Hyderabad. Or should I do it in Punjab plzz help me.

Hi all, am a USC and my parents are here since October. I'd like to file their i130 & 485 concurrently. Question - can i130 be filed online and the 485 be sent via mail? has anyone done that - any tips/advice?

I m just perusing through the document requirements for IR5 visa for my mother in India. Looks like a marriage certificate is one of the requirements. My Dad passed away a few years back (death certificate is available). I know for a fact that the marriage was not registered (1962). I looked at the reciprocity document list in the State Department website and it s not clear what would suffice. Under exceptions it states None .

Has anyone been in a similar situation? What did you do? What alternate document suffices? It s too late to register the marriage, as my father is no more.

Hi there, what documents should we present to Embassy for CR-1 filing, we got married in a quite little ceremony (no family member as I don't have any family) but we do have marriage certificate and tons of photos , what else should we have before we file? Will having no family members in wedding photos be a problem? The beneficiary is from India

We had our N-400 interview on 01/11/2021 and it turned out to be combo interview. After the interview, our case was approved and status for N-400 is in line for oath ceremony. However, today we received interview notice for I-751 with issue date of 01/08/2021. Any advice on what is going on and what we should do?
