US Immigration from India

My in-laws have an immigration visa appointment coming up at Mumbai Consulate and they feel comfortable speaking in Gujarati.

I have heard that Mumbai consulate has various language speaking interpreters available including Gujarati but I am not aware of the process to request one.

Can someone who went thru this provide more detail on the process to request an interpreter?

I am a USC and my son is over 21.

he wants to come to USA to study on F1.
Will us being here affect his chances of getting F-1 student visa.

We may apply for his F1 relative immigration visa later.

Hello I will be bringing back my family from the home country to the USA.

I am a USC and the wife and step daughter both have green cards ( 2 year conditional green cards expired and the I551 -48 months extension letters with us)

We had to be out of USA for a little over two years due to family issues.

Now we all are planning to travel back to the USA.

The wife applied for a re-entry permit before leaving the USA but that re-entry permit has now expired

The daughter could not apply for the re-entry before leaving the USA because her physical green card was not received by the time we had to leave.

Now that we are planning to travel back to the USA-- what are the chances of smooth immigration?

Is the SFO port of entry any better than LAX port of entry from the immigration perspective?

I have quick question. I married and I have one son. I m sponsoring my parents. We are filled tax married filled jointly. But in i864 I m not adding my husband as join sponsoring. Now question is my husband parents are dependent in tax file so should I have to add them here.?

So in number 5 do I have to add 2 for my husband parents.?

I have a question related to my wife's H4-EAD renewal.
1) Her current H4 EAD is expiring on 09/23/2024
2) Her I-94 expiration date is 09/23/2024
3) Her H4 and my H1 extension is still in-process
4) My Priority date is current and AOS will be filed most likely by this month end

Given above situation, once we file her H4 EAD renewal and it goes in-process, will she get an automatic extension or does she have to stop working on her I-94 expiration date ? If so, what all options do I have so that she can continue working while retaining her current job ? Can we fly to Canada or Mexico and get a new visa stamp and new i-94 ?
