US Immigration from India

i applied for my father in Dec ( who lives in india ). Got letter says FATHER'S PATERNITY AND LEGITIMATION. they're asking for my parents marriage certificate.

my parents got married in 1978 according to hindu ritual but not registered. my mother is deceased so their is no way we can get it.

any help will be appricated !!!

Hi, I am currently in US with B2 visa since November 2020. My PD is July 05, 2005 India and DQ date is March 25, 2020. I have two US citizen children from when I used to live in US back in time but since then left since 2017. They currently live with their grandparents who are also US Citizens. I got B2 visa right after I completed DS260. What are the chances of successful Adjustment of Status for F4 beneficiary on B2 visa? I have been in US recently from Feb 03, 2020 to July 17, 2020 and since Nov 18, 2020 (until May 17, 2021).

Anyone with similar experience or know of successful cases, please share.

I self filed i765 based on c09. they sent me back my application saying its missing my sign and also mentioned if any preparer then mention details. As i self filed ,is there any tab or column where i should mention self-petitioner?

Without going into too many personal details, there have been some changes in my personal life and the long term outlook on whether or not I will live in the United States for the rest of my life. What has given me pause is the complications involved with relocating back to my home country (if that were to happen) when it comes to transferring wealth back, tax implications etc. If I did decide to move back permanently, it would make the move a whole lot easier if I was still on a PR card vs being a U.S. citizen.

With that being said, what is the process of withdrawing my N400 application? Last month I got the biometrics reuse notice and I am currently waiting to be scheduled for an interview. I understand that I am allowed to withdraw my application all the way up until the Oath ceremony. Questions I have are:

1. How do I submit the withdrawal application? I filed my N400 online and at this time, I am not sure which office would have my application since we have two local offices in my state. Is the letter submitted to a main service center? Does the letter need to be notarized or sent via certified mail etc...?

2. If anyone has been down this road before, do you know if withdrawing my current application would have any negative impact on a future application if I decide down the road that I will be staying here permanently and would like to apply again? Note that there are no legal issues (issues with good moral character) at this time that is making me consider withdrawing.

Anyone filled out a DS-82 (US Passport Renewal) recently? The online fillable form from State Department website seems to show form expired in 09/30/2019 and the downloaded form seems to have been expired 10/31/2020 but see no mention of any other forms. Are either forms allowed?
