Hi Thank you for answering. I am a bit worried about what to do as my interview is on March 16th. My case has a primary sponsor and a joint sponsor (the joint sponsor is the father of the primary sponsor. Both joint sponsor and primary sponsor filed a I-864).

PETITIONER (PRIMARY SPONSOR) ADDRESS IS SHARED WITH:

- Petitioner Primary sponsor (No income college student)

- Mother (Parents not married - Tax filing status is Single, zero dependents claimed)

- Father Joint sponsor (Parents not married - Tax filing status is Single, zero dependents claimed)

- Sibling (No income college student)

Petitioner (son) and Joint sponsor (father) both share same address along with mother and 1 sibling. We believe the household size is incorrect on the I-864 it only shows:

Primary petitioner's I-864 household size - 2 (beneficiary and petitioner)

Joint Sponsor's I-864 Household size- 2 (beneficiary and joint sponsor)

Can you please take a look at the above data and let me know if my household size is correct or incorrect on the I864? If so what should I do?

Finally, do we also need to attach a I-864A for petitioner's father as well?

We received the NOA1 last evening March 7 for our I-129F via text message. The check still hasn t gone through and we re wondering what happened. There are sufficient funds in the account and no issues with the check we sent. I m worrying if the check slipped out of our file during the sorting process. Anyone have this issue?

My wife's interview is scheduled for March 15th in Mumbai. I am the primary sponsor (filled out I864),I don't have enough income so I am using my dad as a joint sponsor (also filled I864)

While going over the interview checklist I saw "Affidavit of Support: Forms I-864, I-864A...". We didn't fill out a I864A for my dad instead we did a I864, he has the same address as I do which I think means he should of filled out a I864A instead of a I864 but will this be ok?

I also want to make sure I filled out the household size correctly

Dad's i-864 says: 2 (1 for persons being sponsored, 1 for yourself)

my i-864 says: 2 (1 for persons being sponsored, 1 for yourself) for this section "If you are currently married, enter "1" for your spouse" I left it empty because it would count my wife twice.

Is this correct?

Hello people so we are at NVC stage and my us citizen wife living with me overseas. So in 2019 her income was 0 she didn't work. But she filed her tax as a single. For 2020 she filed joint but separately. So we are explaining at NVC she did a mistake in 2019 tax but we are fixing it when my itin number comes in so she can apply 1040x form. Would it be alright? And the main sponser is my wife brother who got everything.

My EAD + Advance Parole combo card is set to expire mid-Jun 2021. I applied for my adjustment of status in Jan 2020 (CA-San Francisco). At that time I was on my F1-OPT. My received my EAD+AP combo card in Jun 2020. I also got picked in the H1-B lottery in 2020. I decided to continue on my H1B because I didn't want to give it up, given the uncertainty around adjustment process and the timelines. Now that I am applying for renewal, I have the following questions:

1) Do I provide evidence of my current status (H1B) in my renewal forms though they don't specifically ask for it. I am asking because when I applied in Jan 2020, I was on F1, so there has been a change to that since my H1B got accepted.

2) Do the renewals require all documents (I-94. photographs etc.) or are they able to pull from the past applications?

3) Do I apply for both I-765 and I-131 in the same envelope given its the same address and I am looking for a combo card again. Also, in this case, do I provide 2 photographs or 4 photographs?
