Hello All,

My mother who is Permanent Resident of USA was filed I130 for me in September,2019. I am 30 years old and unmarried. California center. Receipt number is starting with IOEXXXXXXXXXX.

I saw the update on my case that " case is being actively reviewed by USCIS". What is this status means ? Will I get decision soon ?

Hi All,

My F2A category case details are as follows:

PD: 17th March 2017

DQ: Nov 16th 2020

Processing Centre: California

I am still waiting for an interview at Mumbai Consulate in India. I received 120 days notice and also received 60 days notice on June 2nd 2021. I have submitted an inquiry also at NVC on June 22nd 2021, they said, expect a reply by July 14th but have not heard anything yet.

How long more I have to wait for an interview? Anyone else who got an interview recently, please share the details and status.

Would be really grateful for any information shared. Thanks a lot!. Really wish and pray for all of you waiting for interview.

I have submitted my NVC Form 31st May 2021 after that becasue my police certificate was pending due to covid i submiited my documents on 18th June 2021, its been more than 2 months when i m going to get my interview date anyone. i m really getting worried now.

For N400 - Got rescheduled Biometrics apt, can I walk-in for Biometrics apt now.

Hi All,

For N400 application of Nov 2020. I previously got my Biometrics apt in March 2021, however I rescheduled it as I was not in US at that time and coz of Covid restrictions couldnt make it.

I got my new Biometric apt again I still have got about 1 month or so for it.

Since even after Biometrics it would take 2-4 months to complete the Oath and I might have to travel overseas after couple of months, My Question is

Can I walk-in (in advance, before my Biometrics date) to the ASC Office with the required documents for my Biometrics ?

Anyone married for a very short time and then filed i751 and VAWA without any proof of comingling of finances? My ex didnt even get me a SSN, so I had nothing in terms of comingling of assets.

Please help me if anyone had an experience of filing i751 after divorce with VAWA for a marriage which just lasted for few months and had no finances together with no comingling of assets and false domestic violence case filed by ex ?
