We got PD on December 2020 for CR-1. And it seems like Next Month our appointment date will be sent to us. Now, to submit PCC at NVC, we got it and submitted it on November 2020. My PCC issue date is of 18th Nov 2020 which is valid till 18th Nov 2021. But as the possible timeline is nearing what if the interview date is after 20th Nov, and the current PCC no longer is valid. I ve been told, they will not issue another one until current one is expired. Is that true? If it is then how is it possible to get PCC within days considering last time it took them 3 weeks?
We don t want to get more delays or 221g. Any help or suggestions are warmly welcome. Thank you.

We applied in February, got my biometrics in August and have my interview next week. Things have gone relatively faster and we didn t get an rfe though since we re a newly married couple we didn t have much of evidence, but submitted all the important ones like insurance, credit card statements, text screenshots, pictures etc.

If we didn t get an rfe then does it mean that the evidence was enough and that we seem fine at the outset.

We have updated evidence now like new Insurance, Lease, new credit card statements, social media pictures, tax returns, utility bills.

I have a USCIS online account for a recent citizenship.

My wife is filing I-824 (for an approved I-130) and the form is asking if we have a USCIS Online account.

I already added her case ID to my account, can I say Yes and use My USCIS online account for her I-130 (she is petitioner for her brother)?

If I wanted to withdraw from my Finace visa application (which is currently under administrative processing in mumbai after my finace received 221g during interview) , how will I withdraw before applying for spouse, is there additional steps ? Just asking incase we need to go this route

we have been DQ for more than 2 months but still haven't heard when interview will be at Mumbai.

Are they doing CR1/IR1 interviews at mumbai embassy right now?
