Hello , My fiance had got k1 visas in January in India but then he couldn't travel to US because of family emergency and his visa expired. What is the next steps? Is it possible for any extension of visas or we have to start the process all over again ? If we restart the process then do I have to email Mumbai embassy to cancel the petition or call USCIS. Thanks

Hi there, It has been a month since I applied for my parents for I-131 re-entry permit. They are GC holders. How long should they wait to expect their biometrics appointment? Can they go back to their home country without the biometrics appointment? What is the timeline for getting notified of the biometrics appointment? They have to return for personal reasons but can be back in a year.
