Hello ,

My fiance had got k1 visas in January in India but then he couldn't travel to US because of family emergency and his visa expired. What is the next steps? Is it possible for any extension of visas or we have to start the process all over again ?

If we restart the process then do I have to email Mumbai embassy to cancel the petition or call USCIS.

It has been a month since I applied for my parents for I-131 re-entry permit. They are GC holders. How long should they wait to expect their biometrics appointment? Can they go back to their home country without the biometrics appointment? What is the timeline for getting notified of the biometrics appointment? They have to return for personal reasons but can be back in a year.

Hi there can anyone please help me with what's going on with my case I had interview on 8 th October 2020 and visa officer said my visa is approved and I will receive my passport in 3 to 5 business days however I checked my ceac status it shows visa refused I am confused what's going with my case please help me did anyone had this problem if so then how many days it took for embassy to return passport with visa stamp

Hi everyone, a family member of mine have their CR1 visa interview on November 20th at the Mumbai consulate. Therefore the bio metrics and medical exam needs to be completed before the interview. The issue we are facing right now is that we are unable to finish scheduling the bio metrics appointment without scheduling the visa appointment on their website. We are already scheduled for a visa appointment. I am not sure why we are asked to schedule another appointment or how we can bypass the appointment scheduling since we are already scheduled.

If we reschedule the appointment, we wont be able to schedule another one till March 2021. Please help. Thank you in advance!
