Hello-

It looks like that as of today the COVID vaccine requirement has been dropped for medical appointments for both Adjustment of Status and Consular Processing!

Seems we are about to start this process. Has it changed much from the last time we went through this is 2017? Somewhere I saw I-130's can be done online is that true or are we still doing packets?

For parents the only evidence you needs is relationship and citizenship correct? (Plus marriage stuffs in the second part)

Is it really about 2 years now? Sheesh.

Hello All,

I saw a post yesterday about spouse insurance when arriving in the US. I was researching, wondering if something like crowd funding is acceptable for an incoming immigrant spouse? Here is an example... https://www.joincrowdhealth.com/

Document Experation Between NVC Stage and Embassy Appointment

Hello All,

My husband and I are starting to obtain documents that we know we will need in the NVC stage. These documents are also specialized in Honduras- everything has to be in "folio" form and are very tedious to obtain- in other words, multiple steps to obtain them.

I am estimating we will be at the NVC stage in March. So if we got them in December, upload them to the NVC say in March/April, will these documents still be good by the time we have an appointment at the embassy? There is about a 3-4 month wait currently for an appointment in Honduras. I know the police report is only good for 6 months, so we will wait a little longer to get that one, but do the Birth Certificate and Marriage Certificate have to be within a certain time frame?

Thank you!

Hi, I'm currently legally separated and waiting for my divorce to finalize,

(within 2 weeks).

I'm currently dating someone and I know that to file for the K1 Visa I have to be legally divorced, my question is, can my evidence of bonified relationship date before my divorce is final?

I ask that question because me and my partner started dating while I was legally separated. I live in NC and you have to be separated for a year before you can file for divorce
