US Immigration from Finland

I'm filling out the i-130 and it asks if I used any previous names. I had a legal name change a couple of years back.

On the i-130 instructions, it states "If either you or the person you are filing for is using a name that is not the same name shown on the relevant documents, you must file your petition with copies of the legal documents reflecting the name change, such as a marriage certificate, adoption decree, or court order."

Do I need to provide my legal name change document if all of my relevant documents (passport, ID, paystubs etc) matching my current legal name?

We printed out the forms and are handwriting it.

I put my current address in the mailing address section.

But in Address History, it says only put your current address if different from mailing.

So do I skip it? The end date is PRESENT.

Should I put the start date of my current address in Address 1 and move onto my previous residence?

So I was unemployed until recently, but now got a job (it doesn't quite hit the requirements, but we have savings much more than x3 the difference)

Should I get my employer to write me a letter confirming my position/salary? And what other stuff should she/he put in the letter?

Also, what is included in the Cover Letter?

Quick question. We want to do an Adjustment of Status for my fiancee.

I am filling out an online marriage license application for our wedding. My fiancee wants to take my surname - and there is a spot in the application that allows us to put new name after marriage.

But the issue is, she won't be able to change her name later (until after she gets a social security number I believe).

So will this cause an issue if all of her documents state her maiden name but our marriage certificate says her future surname?

My girlfriend is doing an AOS (We have not filed yet, will soon), and she wants her parents to ship her her personal items to the U.S

Does anyone know the process of doing this?

Do we need to have filed the AOS already?

Would this cause issues in the AOS process?
