US Immigration from Finland

So I was unemployed until recently, but now got a job (it doesn't quite hit the requirements, but we have savings much more than x3 the difference)

Should I get my employer to write me a letter confirming my position/salary? And what other stuff should she/he put in the letter?

Also, what is included in the Cover Letter?

Quick question. We want to do an Adjustment of Status for my fiancee.

I am filling out an online marriage license application for our wedding. My fiancee wants to take my surname - and there is a spot in the application that allows us to put new name after marriage.

But the issue is, she won't be able to change her name later (until after she gets a social security number I believe).

So will this cause an issue if all of her documents state her maiden name but our marriage certificate says her future surname?

My girlfriend is doing an AOS (We have not filed yet, will soon), and she wants her parents to ship her her personal items to the U.S

Does anyone know the process of doing this?

Do we need to have filed the AOS already?

Would this cause issues in the AOS process?

I'm a USC, possibly thinking of doing a CR1 for my Finnish partner (after we get married).

How long does the process take on average these days? From filing to having her be in the U.S with me?

So my girlfriend is visiting me (USC) in the U.S right now. We initially wanted to get married, and then have her leave, then do a CR1 Visa to bring her here.

But after talking to some people, they said that she could stay after getting married and we could do an Adjustment of Status?

I have a couple of questions if you don't mind.

1) Is it legal for her to stay and do the adjustment of status?

2) How early in the process do I have to submit an i-864, affidavit of support? I'm currently unemployed but should be employed soon.

3) I've heard if you're doing the marriage + aos, you should have your marriage after the 90 days (ESTA) expires or something?

4) How long after the marriage would we need to begin the AOS process?
