US Immigration from Finland

Does anyone know how long it takes for the NVC to respond via email? We received our 2nd NOA 5 weeks ago now. I sent an email a week ago and have heard nothing and calling their number isn t getting anywhere. Any suggestions?

So we filed our I-129F while ago and we still haven t gotten our NOA1 letter! We noticed that our check hadn t been cashed out so my fianc called the USCIS office and they couldn t tell anything or check if they got our application on the phone but said they would get back to us. Has this happen to anyone?? Im feeling desperate.

Are letters from the bank IMPERATIVE to have for the I-134 if your W2's and check stubs clearly show that you make well over 125% of the FPL? We are going through the Helsinki consulate and I can't seem to find(or I am looking in the wrong places) any info on what they actually require. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks all!

Can the DS-160 be started early...we received our NOA2 2 weeks ago? I know it s not tge most user friendly app, so can it be easily started and stopped on different computers?

Also is it best to start the I-134 right away?

So, when I entered the US, the CBP officer didn't want my medical exam envelope and gave it back to me. Am I allowed to open it so that I can take a copy of the D-3025 vaccination form or do I need to keep it unopened and send the whole envelope with my AOS package? The reason why I'm asking and not just sending it unopened is that I would not like to send the original documents to USCIS in case they get lost. Also, I have heard people need to present the D-3025 at the AOS interview later too.

The envelope says "To be presented at US immigration" and it's from a medical center in Finland. US immigration at Orlando Airport did not want it. This is the envelope that contains my chest x-ray, vaccination reports and lab results.
