US Immigration from Ethiopia

Hello there

The spouse of my Joint Sponsor is unemployed. And whenever i864A is filled ,there is a box that requires the spouse of the joint sponsor to provide her tax transcript and annual income. Since she is unemployed, I face difficulty in filling the box.

My wife applied at NVC and she just submitted AOS and W2 which is way more than what's required to support....Does W2 is just enough or is it a must to submit Tax Transcript or Tax return?

I submitted my k1 application Jan of 2021. Nvc notified me that they sent my application to the embassy in Addis on march of 2022. It s December now and I haven t heard anything from the embassy. I emailed them a couple of times but I received automated emailed each time. Has anybody experienced this long of a wait time from the time embassy received the application? Should I be concerned? Any suggestions?

We have submitted the application for the I-130 form last year and everything was going well until our case reached the embassy. We've called/emailed and we keep receiving an auto reply saying" we should be patient due to the backlog and that cases have been resumed for processing ". Our case has been expedited 6 months ago but we still haven't received any response from the embassy. How long does it usually take until they schedule an appointment? Any advice on what steps to take next
