US Immigration from Ethiopia

Hi everyone

I had an RFE last April, response was sent by mail. I noticed that my online account kept saying that my response was received on 2 different dates which I haven't sent anything on both these date. Last update was so recent which I haven't send any. Is it normal or I must report this issue?

I just transferred my case to Zambia about a month ago from Ethiopia. The case is currently at NVC and we still haven t heard anything. Can anyone with similar case give me an information.

Hello and thank you in advance for your help. I am in the midst of a K1 Visa process. I made contact with the NVC through public inquiry. They responded and gave me the case number, invoice number and the beneficiary I.D. number. They also said they would notify me when the case is forwarded to the embassy. Is there anything I can do to be proactive or do I just wait?

Hello everyone can you help NVC has accepted all the documents but I couldn t file the federal tax return because it was filed wrong and I am waiting for the amended tax return but they said it takes more than 20 weeks what would I do I already email them but they keep asking for the tax transcript

Hello, I filled out an I-130 for my overseas spouse, and this year I filed a single tax return because I couldn't add her because she doesn't have an SSN or ITIN, and when I looked at my IRS tax record, it only showed my name. My question is if there will be a problem when I send my Affidavit of Support to NVC, or whether they would just check to see if I reach the normal limit above the poverty level.
