US Immigration from Egypt

Hi everyone! I'm hoping to receive advice and not judgement with this post. First, I have been married twice before. The 1st I lived in his country for 1 year, then we came over on a CR1 visa. After about 9 months in the us, I found out he preferred men so we went out separate ways.

I was then with my next husband for 2 years before we decided to marry. Brought him over on a k1 visa. Married for 6 years but unfortunately it did not work out.

Now I am engaged again to an amazing man (learned from my past as to what I deserve). We are thinking to apply for the k1 visa but I am wondering if it would be an automatic denial since I have done it before?

Thoughts would be much appreciated!

USCIS is been reviewing my I-485 form since Nov 2019 for AOS, It's been so long for just reviewing the form, and i don't know how long more it will be?, i don't have social security or driver license.

Should I apply for work permit? or what should i do to expedite the processing time. it's gonna be over a year.

Please if you have any ideas or tips for my case i will be really appreciated.

We are having an issue obtaining a police certificate from Saudia Arabia. My fianc lives in Egypt and is Egyptian. Years ago he worked in Saudia Arabia. He visited the Kingdom of Saudia Arabia Embassy in Cairo and inquired about obtaining his police clearance for his K1 visa interview. They stated they do not provide this for foreign nationals who no longer live within Saudia Arabia. They directed him to the Egyptian ministry of foreign affairs and they also told him the same thing. Anyone else have this issue?

Hello all,

besides passport and sealed packet given by the embassy, what other paperwork should an IR1/CR1 visa holder have with them when they enter the USA for the first time? Should he or she have the sponsor and joint sponsors affidativ of support? Marriage evidence? (Photos etc) passport photos?
I could not find any clear answer on this searching online or here on Visa Journey.

Has anyone had any problems or heard of any problems of a spouse of a US Citizen on an IR1 visa transiting through Europe to travel to the USA? Any problems at either at the USA border or at any of the airports/transits in Europe? Thanks!

According to the proclamation Spouse of US Citizen is exempt. This is the president's proclamation https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/proclamation-suspension-entry-immigrants-nonimmigrants-certain-additional-persons-pose-risk-transmitting-2019-novel-coronavirus/

Below is from the proclamation stating alien spouses are exempt.

Sec. 2. Scope of Suspension and Limitation on Entry.

(a) Section 1 of this proclamation shall not apply to:

(i) any lawful permanent resident of the United States;

(ii) any alien who is the spouse of a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident;
