Administrative Processing- Do the "last updated" dates mean anything?

Hello all!

We had our interview yesterday and were placed in AP. Do the dates on the NVC case status website mean anything? Our last updated was: 01/20/2021 and then again today 01/21/2021.

My husband and I are just 1 week from our 2 year wedding anniversary. If he gets approval of his visa tomorrow in his interview , will he get a 10 or two years green card ?
