Hello, I have been searching the forums here but have not seen any timelines for 2023 at the Cairo Embassy for CR-1 Visas. What are the waiting times after DQ looking like in 2023? Does anybody know. From what I have seen in 2022 it s around 5 months. Has it sped up? If anyone has any information on that please let us know.

Hi All, I just submitted an I-130 for my wife a few days ago. I got an email today stating they've taken action on my case. When I log on, it provides an estimated approval of 10 months. Can anyone speak to the accuracy of this? Did they actually look at my application and provide that or just put a general number in there?

My fianc sent the requirements to the embassy (Cairo) yesterday for the interview, but realized that he forgot to put the 5x5 photo. Can he send it separately? What do you think she we do?

Regarding submitting documents for the K1 interview, will the embassy accept scanned copies of the documents, like the DS-160 or the I-134? I wonder if they accept the scanned copy of the signature part of the I-134.

I sent documents through USPS almost 3 weeks ago, but it did not arrive yet.
