US Immigration from Egypt

I checked and knew I took the vaccinations required however i don t have proof or certificates, if i check no in the DS260 and explain that in Egypt i was vaccinated when i was a baby and these certificates are not available will it be a problem?

Hi, the wait time in my wife's country for Visitor visa is about 100 days. She is in the process of getting a passport but does not have one yet. Can i still apply for the B2 online and just put N/A where it asks for passport number or is it better to wait until she physically has it?

We are preparing our documents for NVC, my wife is American but living here in Egypt and she s been making 2~3K$ per year so she didnt file any taxes as she s not obligated to pay taxes with these salaries.

my question here is should she file i864 also? Her brother will sponsor us he s already there and making enough money to be my sponsor instead of her.

also do we need to get proof from all 3 different companies she worked for here in Egypt that she has been making very low or she can write like a confirmation paper and sign it as proof and don t file any taxes papers?

Im not sure if this is the right place to ask but I cannot find any answers anywhere.

My husband is currently a greencard holder and he wants to travel back to Egypt for a visit.

His flight makes 2 stops, 1 in canada and 1 in london with a layover of about 10 hours in london.

My question is, does he need a visa to make transit in london?

So I ve been seeing an RFE come through requesting a civilly registered marriage certificate. The one I submitted with the filing was the church certificate. I obtained the civil one after I filed.

I want to submit it before I get the RFE. if I submit the certificate now, is it true that my application gets put in the back of the queue?
