US Immigration from Egypt

I see a lot of people saying they are asked for a joint sponsor even when they are making more than the income requirements. I don t really have anyone I know that would be willing to be a joint sponsor in my case. Im not at nvc yet but I m just thinking ahead of what s to come. Im employed and work extra hours every month to assure my w2/tax transcript reflects enough to qualify for a sponsor. Will the consulate look at paystubs and take the extra hours into account? Or do they just look at the tax transcripts? By the time we get to the consulate, the two most recent transcripts will be above income requirements but the third might not.

what are some time consuming tasks that I can get started on while i wait on USCIS processing?

My mother just applied for N-400 naturalization and her greencard will expire next month. I recently heard that once you apply for greencard renewal (i-90) your greencard extends 2 years.

My question is she able to travel to Egypt for a few months with in progress I-90 and expired greencard, or she will run into issues coming back to the United States

We received today a RFE saying that my wife (the petitioner) must submit proof of domicile.

Her application has our physical address in Egypt, what should we submit for her?

Our plan was her to travel before me when i get an interview date but now we re living together in Egypt.

She used to go to USA many times and sometimes stayed there for more than 7 months

We are pretty sure my husband's visa will be issued soon as the embassy has requested we send them his passport. My question is, our 2 year wedding anniversary is September 10th.

Should we wait and have him enter the United States after September 10th? Would it then change to an IR1 visa at the time of entry? Or is it based off when the visa is issued?
