US Immigration from Colombia

I paid NVC over a week ago and the money was taken out of my bank account on the 4th of Aug. and I still can't begin to fill out the forms because the NVC website still says payment in process. So what is the payment processing time frame....2 weeks....a month?

The visa bulletin still shows F2A category as current. It looks like its been like that for a year. Is it crazy to think it will remain the same way until December?

Also, does somebody know if a permanent resident can still petition her husband 2 months after applying for naturalization? If yes, will It be necessary to "upgrade" the petition after the oath?

Expedited request for Urgent Humanitarian Reasons can be the beneficiary cancer diagnostic ?

I'm fixing to send in the I-751 for my husband and wanted y'alls opinion on the evidence I've included. My husband hasn't really worked until this past January so I never put him on the bank account. Once I was ready to put him on the bank account Covid started and most branches are closed to those types of services. I also have 3 more photos I'm going to add from Puerto Rico, Boston, and Key West, but haven't printed them out yet so they are not yet listed. Let me know if you guys think I should add anything else that I might not have thought of.

Hi,

My husband and I have a joint account, however, we only use it to pay utility bills mostly. As for food, we always buy in Costco and I use his card always. Or in other places, with our individual credit card. As a result, if you look at our joint checking account statements, there will be nothing related to grocery shopping but only for things like Verizon , and transfer from our individual checking account.

Do I have to provide an explanation for this? As for why we don't use our joint checking account for other activities? (I just worry the agent might find it weird, I do have many other support documents such as joint tax transcript etc.)
