US Immigration from Colombia

my fiance had her visa interview at the Bogota Embassy back in sept 2019, she was told then by the counselor " I have the intent to approve your visa"

they kept her passport and a couple of weeks later she got a phone call to verify her contact information and nothing ever since. Is the AP this long? when I check the status of the case at CEAC shows a march 24 2020 as last revision and a ready status . Also we have a baby boy whom by virtue of being the son of an american citizen already has his passport and citizenship, which we processed without any problem.

My wife's i130 has been approved but because of the current situation we were wondering how i130 cases and embassy interviews are being done because of the pandemic. Right now our case is with the NVC but we haven't finished filing yet. When we do finish filing, is it even possible to get an interview at this time? Also, because the US is the epicenter, how long can we wait to finish the NVC part before our case is dismissed? We live in Colombia and here the US embassy is saying that they're not attending any non-essential interviews in person. Is that to say it's possible to have an embassy interview for i130 visa approval online through video chat?
What's the best decision for now? Finish filing and wait for an interview or wait until things clear up in the states then finish applying? I understand that you have a year after your i130 is approved until your case is dismissed, correct me if I"m wrong.. How have others gone about this process in the current situation?

My daughter already has her US Passport and Passport Card but to be safe i would like to apply for her certificate of citizenship.

Question*** N600 form is asking for information based out of her green-card should i respond everything even if she holds a US passport already ?

we no longer have her green-card it was never return after she received her US passport and is making very complicated to answer all the N600 questions.

I hope this is the right section of the waiver. My sister was a holder of a non-immigrant visa, however, she was being deported at the port of entry for being found inadmissible under INA 212(a)(7)(A)(i)(I). Therefore, the visa is subsequently cancelled as well. The officer suspected her working illegally in US while I have found inconsistencies in the interview record (My sister cannot speak English)

I am thinking to find a lawyer, however, before paying a lot of money that I want to know first if there is any waiver avaialble for such inadmissibility? Or anything can be done for her to be able to reapply the visa again? (She currently has a 5-year bar).

I have searched some forms, but they are for all other kinds of inadmissibility. None of them is for INA 212(a)(7)(A)(i)(I) section inadmissibility

My son just enter US with resident visa he is going to be 18 in a few week, can he become citizen after he turn 18?, is it automatically or I have to apply like everybody else?
