US Immigration from Colombia

Hello everyone, I was married to an American citizen, but he has left me with a debt with the IRS, I had to apply for a program called Offer in Compromise, which I was accepted and paid the assigned amount already 1 month ago , this prevented me apply for my Citizenship, My question is, After paying the amount of the offer in compromise with the IRS, when do they remove it from the records so that I do not make my application?

Hola buen d a para todos , Estuve casada con un ciudadano Americano, pero el me ha dejado con una deuda con el IRS, tuve que aplicar para un programa que se llama Oferta en compromiso, el cual fui aceptada y pagu lo asignado , esto me imped a aplicar para mi Citizenship, Mi pregunta es , Despu s de pagar el monto de la oferta en compromiso con el IRS, cuando lo eliminan de los r cords para que no efecte mi solicitud ?

We ve been on administrative processing since November 2019. And I was wondering is there a expiration length of time before we have start over.

Me (F1 student) and fiance (LPR) are getting married this week. We are planning on filing next week and are currently filling out forms and joining bank accounts, etc.

While filling form i-864 we got confused because she (last year made 14k) can`t be the only sponsor, we are moving in together at her parents house and counting me the household consists of 5 people, that`ll be around 38k with the 125% applied. Her step father said he could be a sponsor (he made 55k last year). So, do I put her step father as the only sponsor or is the primary sponsor my fiance and her step father the only joint sponsor? In this latter case, how many i-864 forms should we fill? i-864a?

My friend got a message saying they need a correct divorce papers from proper authorities I'll include screen shot. The papers she submitted is proper papers so I was wondering if anybody else ran into this issue and what did they do to fix it
