Hi all, thanks for reading my question. I submitted my case to remove my condition on my green card in 7/2020, my passport will expire 2/2021, I have two questions. 1. I didn t include my passport in my removing condition package I sent to USCIS, and instead I included my green card and state ID. And my passport is in another state and with the quarantine, Do I need to fly there to get it so that I can replace my passport? I locked I the drawer so no one can open it and mail it to me. Or I can wait after the COVID to pass and probably replace it later next year. 2. Once I replace my passport, do I need go let the USCIS know that my passport number changed? Since I had included my passport in my initial application for the green card but not when removing condition. thanks,

Hi everyone, I have read from some posts that some people got a sticker from USCIS to be put on the back of their green card to reflect the new expiry date (18 month expiration) Yes, I know that 18 month extension letter would technically be enough, but sometimes when we travel or when we deal with machines (Such as kiosk for Global Entry that can only read the code on the back of the GC) or certain not-well-informed airline agent who only trusts the computer, having a such sticker would save everybody a lot of time by explaining everything, and involving probably their superiors. As a resul, I would like to know if anybody knows if USCIS is still doing this now? Or these are only particular cases? Thanks a lot!

Hi everyone, I know that I cannot travel to Canada right now and it is exacly why I am asking because i don't think Canada would open the border any time soon (surely not before my green card acutally expires). As a result, I want to know if anybody ever had experience travelling to Canada by presenting I-797 along with an expired green card (Especially for someone who originally needs a visa to enter Canada like me) ? Also, I have NEXUS and Global Entry. Will that still be working if my green card expires? (Because I remember that I need to scan my green card) Thanks a lot!

I would like to ask a question regarding my mom's green card status. She has been a resident, green card holder, since January 2019. She traveled to Colombia last January planning on coming back in April but due to Covid19 she has been stuck there. Does she need to file an extension for her staying longer than what it was supposed to? What are we supposed to do? Is she at risk of losing her green card? Also, she doesn't feel very comfortable traveling for the health risk of being expose to the virus and her age. There isn't direct flight from Bogota to Seattle. Could she stay longer there until things are more in control. Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
