My wife and I live in Colombia. I am a US Citizen and we have an I-130 visa processing at NVC. All docs were submitted and accepted but no interview scheduled yet. We are in no rush for interview, but want our 2 infant (US Citizens) daughter to see their family in US on a short trip. We can show with lease contracts, work contracts, return flights etc that we have no intent to stay but just have our babies see their grandmother/grandfather. Can she travel with her B1 visa with me for a week?

Hi all, thanks for reading my question. I submitted my case to remove my condition on my green card in 7/2020, my passport will expire 2/2021, I have two questions. 1. I didn t include my passport in my removing condition package I sent to USCIS, and instead I included my green card and state ID. And my passport is in another state and with the quarantine, Do I need to fly there to get it so that I can replace my passport? I locked I the drawer so no one can open it and mail it to me. Or I can wait after the COVID to pass and probably replace it later next year. 2. Once I replace my passport, do I need go let the USCIS know that my passport number changed? Since I had included my passport in my initial application for the green card but not when removing condition. thanks,

Hi everyone, I have read from some posts that some people got a sticker from USCIS to be put on the back of their green card to reflect the new expiry date (18 month expiration) Yes, I know that 18 month extension letter would technically be enough, but sometimes when we travel or when we deal with machines (Such as kiosk for Global Entry that can only read the code on the back of the GC) or certain not-well-informed airline agent who only trusts the computer, having a such sticker would save everybody a lot of time by explaining everything, and involving probably their superiors. As a resul, I would like to know if anybody knows if USCIS is still doing this now? Or these are only particular cases? Thanks a lot!
