US Immigration from Colombia

The approved petition for my fiance and I, has been at the NVC since May/June, NOA2 was 5/12. Because the embassy in Bogota hasn t resumed interviews yet due to COVID reasons, what is the NVC doing with the petitions waiting to be sent out? Will we have to reapply at some point or will they keep extending petition until the embassy resumes interviews. Just curious as to what will happen. I really hope they start again soon.

Has anyone traveled with their beneficiary to the US? Any advice for the travel and POE, which will be Miami or Fort Lauderdale. If the embassy ever resumes interviews, and she can get the visa, I m thinking of going down to help her fly up. Her and I will have luggage, our son and a cat, which is way too much for her to do on her own. Plan is to attend the interview with her and our son, then the next month for my days off, I ll fly down to Colombia to help her close up shop and get on the airplane.

our conditional green card expires june 2021. we will be filing for removal of conditions on march 2021. after we file in march it is not recommended to travel ?

Hi! I'm in the process of changing my current status to the F1 status. If I'm doing my process online (Filling the I-539 Form) and I have a question regarding the spaces that are not appplicable to me. Would you recomend leave them Blank or with "NA (Not applicable)"

Hello guys, I have a pending marriage-based Adjustment of Status application, Priority Date 08/03/2020. I also filed I-131 and I-765 along with I-485 and I-130. At this moment I have an emergency, and I need to travel ASAP to my home country. Do I need to file the I-131 again for an Emergency Advance Parole Document and pay the filing fee? How does this process work, knowing that I already applied for the I-131?
