US Immigration from Colombia

I looked to see if this question had been asked before, since I couldn t find it I ll ask. I recently obtained the cedula (residency) for Colombia. I still go to the US to work and have my apartment, car and everything else there. Since I m essentially living here, when I m not in the US for work (18 days of the month), will this affect the K1 process for my fiance?

Now that I am a resident, and the lease of our apartment is up in January, we will move to a bigger apartment while we wait for the embassy to resume normal services so she can get the interview. Is it okay that my name is on the lease, if we decide to use the lease as evidence of our relationship? What about joint bank accounts? The joint account is for a bank that has locations in the US, which makes it easer for my fiance and son to have cash if I can have my company direct deposit a part of my pay into that account. I m worried that having a joint account and apartment lease might make it seem like we are married.

Hi everyone, sorry if this is a dumb question but I mailed out my 1-129f application on Saturday to the lewisville location using the address on the uscis website for Fedex deliveries. It was supposed to be delivered today but I see that there was a "delivery exception" saying a delivery attempt was made but "Customer not available or business closed". I was just wondering if anyone had run into this issue and what I should do? It says they will attempt again tomorrow but I don't know why tomorrow would be better if today didn't work. Thanks, I'm really stressed with this process already lol.

I ve noticed when I try to attach a photo in a comment, that the allowable size keeps getting smaller and smaller from one post to the next. Is this normal and can it be fixed? I like to sometimes attach screenshots.

My wife is filling out the DS 260 for her immigrant visa and it asks if she will be immigrating with her daughter. I told her to check "NO" because our daughter is a dual Colombian....US citizen.

But it does feel weird to put down that she won't be immigrating with her now or at a latter date.
