I-130 Evidence of Established Life

We received a RFE requesting evidence to establish a life together. When I sent our package I included where I added my wife to my medical, set her as my primary on my life Insurance with my medical, as well as my primary on my 401K/Stocks. The letter they sent is yellow not pink like we had for the missing I-485 items.

Is this because they would just like additional information and the two pieces I sent were not enough? How much more should I send, I plan on adding her to my Banking Accounts, but I don't see the need to add her to my mortgage or utilities. Since this is our first year of marriage we don't have tax returns, and being young have never setup a will or power of attorney.

I-485 Notification Requesting I-944

We submitted our package last September and finally got letters about the missing information. I know we forgot the I-130A and the I-864 and will be submitting them. However there is a new section talking about needing a I-944 Declaration of Self-Sufficiency. I'm unclear if this is needed. It says it would be if the I-485 is deemed inadmissible, however my wife is not self-sufficient as she currently can't work in the US. Is it basically another financial support form that contains just my information for taxes and assets? Any advice is appreciated.

It does say that last year a waiver was in place from July 29th-September 22nd which we fell into, but anything after February 24th requires the form.

The Inadmissibility on Public Charge Grounds final rule requires applicants for adjustment of status who are subject to the public charge ground of inadmissibility to report certain information related to public benefits. The form instructions for Form I-944 require the applicant to report and submit information about whether the alien applied for, was certified or approved to receive, or received certain non-cash public benefits on or after Oct. 15, 2019. See page 9 of the form instructions. Due to litigation-related delays in the final rule s implementation, USCIS is applying this requirement as though it refers to Feb. 24, 2020, rather than Oct. 15, 2019. In other words, aliens subject to the public charge ground of inadmissibility and the final rule need not report the application for, certification or approval to receive, or receipt of, certain non-cash public benefits on the Form I-944 before Feb. 24, 2020. Please read all references to Oct. 15, 2019, as though they refer to Feb. 24, 2020.

I just received an RFE that says I need to prove a bonafide relationship with my wife. I have all of the documents ready to upload online except for the birth certificates of our adult children born in our previous relationship. How important is this document to show a bonafide relationship. Also, how many pictures will suffice of my wife and I together for the 5 times we were together last year. I have all of the WhatsApp chat transcript without media because with media, the file size in over 1 GB. Please advise!!

Hey Guys,

How can my wife and I ask for an expedited interview (ir-1) at the embassy in bogota? Has anyone in the last few months or in general asked for an expedite (in any country) and gotten approved? If so, what did you do to make your case was considered legitimate?

Any advice would be helpful!!

" A US consular officer has adjudicated and refused your visa application . Please follow any instructions provided by the consular officer. If you were informed by the consular officer that your case was refused for administrative processing, your case will remain refused while undergoing such processing. You will receive another adjudication once such processing is complete, Please advised that the processing time varies and that you will be contacted if additional information is needed. "

this what I found on CEAC today. is it over ? or the case is being investigated further? what do you guys think?
