My wife came last year in February to visit here in SC. At the time we were not married and she was supposed to leave 3 weeks later. She did not leave and we decided to get married later and filed AOS. For the interview how hard is it to prove there was no intent to commit fraud and for those who have adjusted with tourist visa what kinds of questions were you asked? Is it ok to just say we decided she would stay?? Thank you for responding

Hi Everyone I was reviewing the USPS tracking information for my I751 application and I noticed that the package was delivered to the I-130 P.O. BOX 21700 PHOENIX, AZ 85036 instead of P.O. BOX 21200 Should I be worried? the I751 expired on the 01-31-21. they haven't charge my credit card so I am not sure if the package got lost. I tried calling their number and their automatic system is of no help, I tried multiple times to speak to an agent and the automatic system did not let me connect to them... Has anyone has this experienced? if so what did you do? Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hi everyone, Anyone here going through the CR1 Visa and waiting for an interview? If your spouse has a US tourist visa (prior to the whole immigrant visa process), has he or she visited you during the interview waiting process? Can you share your experiences with me? We are considering that my husband visit me from Colombia on a tourist visa for 6 months while we wait for our interview at the Embassy at Bogota, Colombia. Thank you.
