Is copy of beneficiary’s birth certificate and/or passport required for I-129F petition for K-1 visa? |

I would really love it if someone could answer this basic question: is a copy of the beneficiary s birth certificate and/or passport required as supporting documentation for form I-129F??? I m finding conflicting information on various sites. But I am positive that neither the form nor the form instructions ask for this item as supporting evidence. Yet in the RFE thread/master list, it looks like USCIS has asked for this...? Could my petition be approved/sent to NVC without providing this supporting documentation? At what point would this documentation be required (e.g. at the interview etc.)???? Many thanks for any help!

Interview was completed in Charleston on Wednesday and everything went well. About 30 minutes of the typical questions discussed on here. At the end of the interview the officer said that he was approving our case and she would have the card in a couple weeks. He then also said he didn t do computer updates until on Friday's. Well it s now Saturday and no approved status yet. Should i be worried? Is it normal to say approved and wait days to click a button saying so?

I have a conditional green card (CR6). My adult daughter (26) is also here in the US with an expired B2 visa (tourist). Her expired tourist is now 3 years old. I want to petition for her so she can get LPR. Can I petition for her with a CR6 green card or do I have to wait for a permanent? Do I use form I-130? Can she stay in the US while the petition is in process? How long does it take for her to obtain LPR?

Eight years ago we moved back to US from Colombia - my fianc at the time and 2 future stepdaughters - now they are all US citizens Now my wife wants to try to get her oldest daughter and 2 grandkids here - the daughter is 25 - kids are 8 and three , father situation - the granddaughter s father was murdered last year - the three years olds father has no issue with child potentially moving to US - my question , what is the reality of getting approval and what is an estimate of the time frame if they could get approved? we have supported the granddaughter since she was born and have always been a big part of all their lives

Hello guys, 6 months after filing, and 6 days after biometrics, my marriage-based AOS interview was scheduled (as I could notice yesterday in my case status), but I-765 and I-131 have not been approved yet. Is that a good sign? Will those applications still be processed by USCIS?
