US Immigration from Cameroon

Hi everyone . we are in need of help. Got appointment letter. What is the procedure to register ur appointment letter? We have an existing account already. Have login but i am having some issues. It can't take me to where i need to put in our case number.

My husband got his interview appointment scheduled for Nov 17 at the US embassy in Cameroon. He is presently in Mexico, and we are still trying to get a police certificate from Mexico which has been difficult and very frustrating. The Mex. authorities are asking me(his wife) to go get a carte consular from the Mexican consulate here in the US. I have tried to schedule an appointment online and walk-in and hasn't been able to get anything done. the process in Mexico will take additional 15 days for the police certificate to be issued, only if I can get that carte consular. With all these, don't think he will be able to meet the deadline for his visa appointment and even getting medicals done prior to the interview. He hasn't booked his flight to Cameroon yet, because without a police certificate, his visa issuance will be delayed.

Do not know if there is any one in this forum who has been able to reschedule or change the date of their initial immigrant visa appointment?

Need clarification Pls. Do we pay any other fees at the embassy after paying the IV and AOS fees to the NVC? Thanks.

Hello everyone. Just a quick question. Are we still suppose to fill the form DS 5540 for public charge? I tried to download it at USCIS but is saying the form is unbelievable. Thanks
