US Immigration from Bulgaria

Hello!

I filled out the DS-160 for both of my parents so they can apply for tourist visas and come to the US to see me get married.
I did my dad s first, and submitted it. While I was doing the one for my mom, I realized the explanation next to the education section, asks for high school and above. I only added my dad s university degree and not high school.
Is it worth it to do a new DS-160 or does the most current/highest level of education enough?
I am panicking.

I have been DQ-ed from NVC and i have to wait to get scheduled for interview at the US embassy in Sofia, Bulgaria for EB3 visa

My PD is June 2022 .and at the moment the visa bulletin is at October 2020.

Can i apply for h2b visa to work in USA?

Does anyone have been thru this process and traveled to work/visit USA?

What happens if i get denied H2B visa or entry to USA by a immigrational officer at the airport? Does this mean i am going to loose my eb3 visa ?

What do you think, will the Bulletin progress for the EB categories ?

More spesificly when it will progress if it progress at all ?

We are at the final steps of the process and need some help with what is next.

We got married in 10/2022 and received the green card on 03/2023 without having an interview with USCIS. We had to send a proof of our life together after the marriage which was only 3-4 months

The green card is for two years.

What is next? What form needs to be sent for a normal green card?

Hello visa journey people. A question for experienced immigrants

• How much can i postpone submitting my DS 260 and legal documents to NVC ? I have approved petition on the EB3 (other workers) program, Priority date is 9 June 2022and i have paid the consular fee ( fee bill) . According the Visa bulletin now, they are processing cases from August 2020 . My intentions are to go on a seasonal job from January until April 2024 on a H2B visa .
• If i get denied an H2B visa ,does this reduces my chances to have a positive outcome on the EB3 visa interview . Ps. since 2014 i have been working on seasonal jobs in US every year and i don't have any visa denials
• does anyone have experience traveling to USA after approved petition from USCIS ? Share your journey ,please.
