    Hi, unfortunately you made a mistake on question 61 and 62 of the i130 and now you need to submit an additional form to fix the mistake. The form depends on whether the beneficiary is in the US or out of the US. Sorry this happened to you. This adds an additional wait time.

    Hi, have you heard any news? Our PD is Dec 16 in Vermont and nothing yet. We reached out to the congress representative 3 weeks ago and so far no answer from the office. At this stage I don't expect any response before January.

    Hi, one year later we are in the exactly the same boat - we don't want to submit docs to NVC for 2021 tax and then get an RFE to also send 2022 tax. But we also don't want to wait until February until we submit docs to NVC. What did you end up doing?
