US Immigration from Brazil

Hello all!

I have been reading other threads in regards to the I-134 and wanting to get any advice for our particular situation.

We are both living in Portugal, and doing the interview in France for a K1 Visa, our date for interview is September 28th. I have just started a new job in the US which meets income requirements, and I working on a contractual "free-lancer" basis until we actually move to the US (they would be willing to write a letter of intent to hire me).
My fiancee is also in the process of having a company she works for here in Portugal - hire her for a position in the US (they are working out the legal things around this already). She will anyways be able to continue working "based in Portugal" until she can switch over to US legally.

All of this leads up to my question:
Am I able to submit the I-134 given that my last year taxes said 0 basically? I was a student last-year and had no income....but now that I have this income I can show my current pay stubs....but my taxes would do nothing as supporting evidence.
If need be....as security....I can also get a joint-sponsor to just fill one out - I just want to see what my options are.

I'm trying to pay the K1 visa fee at https://ais.usvisa-info.com/ but they don't have a k1 option on the menu. It says to contact via email but I kinda wanted to pay now instead of waitng them answer has anyone had this problem. What do you put?

Hey everyone, just as the title says. My wife wants to apply for a tourist visa for her mom to visit us here, since it would work out better for a longer visit than to have my wife visit her on Brazil for only 2 weeks due to work.

Anyways, my question is, does my wife only have to submit a DS-160 application for her mom, or is there anything else she has to do?? Provide evidence of some sort, proof of airline receipt? Etc.

Hello. I'm not sure I'm in the right place. Our petition was sent to the NVC today after about 7 month from being notified that our application had been approved. I am trying to update our time line but when I enter today's date (2021-08-03) for "Date Package Received By NVC" it apparently conflicts for some reason with our NOA2 date (2021-01-13) and i receive an error message for both dates. Can someone help me please? Thanks

Like the title says my fiance signed and put the date of the I-129F that he sent to the USCIS but instead of signing and putting the date on both copies he only did it for one. Now our interview is close and my copy of the I-129F is not signed or dated on the day we sent it. Should we leave it like that and explain it later or should he at least sign it and not put the date? What should we do?

Btw, it's not only the form but all the other pages of the k1 application
