US Immigration from Brazil

my fiance already has both shots for the covid virus. I was wondering, for the K1 Visa if she could get the MMR, Tetnus, Hepatitis B Etc vaccines in Brazil prior to her interview. I was wondering if that's acceptable.. Or does it have to be in the united states. Than you

My (now) fianc was denied a visitor visa 4 years ago when I tried to petition one for her. The consulate said they didn't feel that sge had ties fir her to come back to Brazil. Now for the K1 Visa they are asking the question (see below). This is a different situation but i am wondering if the consulate will have issues with the truth. I want to mark the answers as yes but I am unsure of what to do. Any advice?

I received my case number over the phone today but wanted to know if I could register and submit a DS-160 or if I had to wait for the Welcome Letter to come in the mail.

Hello everyone, I did my interview on September 2nd and the medical exams on September 6th with authorization from the consulate, the question that I told the whole truth to the doctor who is HIV-positive in treatment during the consultation (he took the names of the my medications ), that in the past in 2015 I had treated syphilis and the exam was positive and the other negative and the doctor said it was a treated syphilis he asked for more sputum tests to detect tuberculosis, all were negative the question is that mine status on cdc doesn't change it's been more than 30 days and they don't finish someone else went through something accurate?

2021.09.17 - Biometrics Appointment Date - Completed

Since then there was absolutely no updates to my case status - 33 days so far.

Any action I need to take? Is this unusual?
